Connecting ambitious young people with real-world mentorship across a variety of different fields.
Each individual can sign up as a mentee or a mentor at the bottom of the page, where you will provide the relevant information to be matched. (field, interests, etc.) From there that information will be used to appropriately match a mentee and mentor pair (e.g a lawyer and a 17 year old aspiring lawyer). Once the appropriate match has been made, the pair will be introduced to each other via email. From there our job is done, FutureBridge is simply meant to create that bridge between mentor and mentee; now its time to grow together and make goals and dreams possible!
Fields
FutureBridge currently encompasses the following fields in which we match mentees and mentors:
• Medicine
• Law
• Dentistry
• Engineering
• Psychology
• Tech
Note: for engineering, the subsets covered are mechanical, civil, aerospace and electrical engineering.
For Mentees:
If you’re in Year 12 through to your first year at university and feeling unsure about your next steps, FutureBridge connects you with someone who’s already a few steps ahead. A mentor can help you gain clarity, explore realistic options, and think beyond grades alone, offering perspective, guidance, and reassurance so moving forward feels more focused and less overwhelming.
For Mentors:
FutureBridge is about passing on the guidance you wish you’d had earlier in your journey. By sharing your experience, you help younger students gain clarity, confidence, and perspective as they make important decisions. Mentoring doesn’t require a major time commitment, even one or two short conversations a month can have a lasting impact. It’s a simple, meaningful way to share your knowledge and experiences, all whilst helping to shape the next generation.
